Distribution: India: Assam; Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam

Key identification features: Subshrub; stems sprawling, simple or few branched, internodes often longer than wide. Leaves spaced along distal part of stem, distinctly stalked. Inflorescence terminal, simple. Flowers solitary or in clusters of 2 or 3; white. Berry globose, 1-3-seeded.
