Key identification features: Erect pubescent sub-shrub with axillary clusters of yellow flowers. Leaves elliptic-ovate, serrate, and venation prominent. Flowers in axillary and terminal subsessile clusters with a campanulate calyx, 5 yellow petals, and 5 connate stamens. Capsule obovoid, 2-valved with a single seed.
