Parts Used: Tender Leaf (After cooking)

Seasonal Availability: April-November

Key identification features: Shrub or small tree with compound leaves, bipinnate to tripinnate. Flowers in corymbose cymes, with cream-colored petals. Petioles short and stipules purple, sheathing, glabrous.
